This cupcake is a twist on the all-time favorite American treat, an ice cream sundae. We wanted to reflect not only the flavors but also the joy when one eats a sundae. We started off with a classic chocolate cake for the base then added a vanilla bean buttercream icing. It is topped off with a chocolate ganache drizzle and rainbow sprinkles.
