We begin our Cookies and Cream Cupcake by putting an Oreo™ cookie crumble crust on the bottom of our classic vanilla cupcake batter. After we bake it to perfection, fluffy vanilla buttercream with cookie crumbs is pipped on. To top it off, we add half an Oreo™ cookie. This is a perfect variation for those who love this classic childhood sweet treat.
